Green. Ok.
Try these instead. You won't get anything like this in the south island - not sure about the north. Like a trip to NY wihout leaving your kitchen.
Serve with cream cheese and smoked salmon.

They were supposed to be blue, but the colouring got diluted, so they ended green. It was Sarah's idea to colour my cookies.
