Huge success

This was a triumph, I'm making a note here.

After having to compile a couple of things (libpng, libjpg and pcre), and changing the install path (so I don't overwrite 5.3) I now have PHP 5.4 running! Huge success!

Now, to get XDebug working again, and to be able to switch between 5.3 and 5.4 more easily.
