Talk notes

For the two leaders that missed it. They don't get my banter, nervousness or the ad lib stuff.

I spend very little time physically around people. As such I used to think that I would need to drastically change my life style to be able to share my faith with others. While God can change you in ways you could never imagine (my being here is a great example of that), He will also work through you as you are.

As I spend so much time on the Internet, God found ways to let me share my faith using it. One of my main time sinks online is twitter. As Twitter is designed to allow you to follow almost anyone else that uses the service, I am regularly in contact with people all over the world whom I've never met in any other way. Most of these people aren't Christians.

The majority of people that follow me know that I'm a Christian. Thus they will occasionally ask me questions about my beliefs and my faith. At other times, someone would ask a generic moral or theological question. God knows me well enough to know that if I was asked these in person I would have great difficulty articulating a response.

Instead of being at a lost for words, I can take some time to think and ask God for help in formulating a response that'll fit in 140 characters. As I've answered more questions, God has been teaching me to be succinct enough that it's no longer a struggle to fit within the character limit.

Since I can't go into much detail about my faith, I can only plant seeds and hope that it falls on good soil so that God can grow it and the faith that blossoms is steadfast and strong.
